This is a kind of 7000 serial aluminum-zinc-magnesium
alloy.Aluminium Alloy 7075 is one of the highest strength alloys
available.It is applied to make airplane structural component and
other structural component with high stress requiring high strength
and corrosion resistance, such as surface plate of airplane upper
and lower wings, purlin and bulkhead. It has high plasticity after
solution treatment, good reinforcement performance after heat
treatment, high strength in the condition under 150℃, excellent low
temperature strength, bad weldability, liable to crack under stress
corrosion, double-aging may improve SCC performance. |
